About Us

Founded in April 2008, Priory Pumas Football Club and the Priory Soccer Development Centre warmly welcome children of all abilities, aged 4 to 16, to join our community.

We are proud to be an FA England Football Accredited club, awarded to grassroots clubs and leagues that uphold the highest standards. This accreditation highlights our commitment to:

• Compliance with essential policies and codes of practice
• Providing a safe and inclusive environment

As one of the largest football clubs in Weston-super-Mare, we offer competitive opportunities across multiple leagues:

• Our boys' Saturday teams play in the Woodspring Junior League
• Our boys' Sunday teams play in the Avon Youth League
• Our girls' teams compete in the Bristol Girls League

We take safeguarding seriously. All managers and coaches undergo thorough DBS checks before working with young players. Additionally, we invest in their ongoing professional development through Somerset FA training courses.
